Delete your Aura account

This page removes the server-side Aura account connected to your Google sign-in. Palm photos, readings, chats, and synergy history remain local on each device and must be cleared from Aura Settings or by uninstalling the app.

What will be deleted

  • Your Aura Firebase Authentication account
  • Server-side energy balance and premium entitlement
  • Minimal anti-fraud records linked to the account

What stays local to your device

Palm photos, readings, chats, and synergies are stored locally by design. If you still have access to the device, clear them inside Aura Settings after deleting the account.

Use the same Google account that you used inside Aura. If you were using Aura only as a guest, open the app and choose Clear data & restart in Settings.
