Aura Palmistry

Privacy Policy

Aura is built as a local-first palmistry app. Palm photos, readings, chats, and synergy history stay on the device whenever possible, while only the minimum account and entitlement data needed for fraud prevention and purchases is kept on Firebase.

1. Data kept on your device

Aura stores palm images, palm readings, aspect details, chats, synergy records, and onboarding progress locally on the phone or browser profile using local storage / IndexedDB. These sensitive personal materials are not uploaded to Firebase by default.

  • Palm photos and retakes
  • Reading summaries and unlocked aspect texts
  • Chats with Aura
  • Compatibility and synergy history

2. Data kept on Firebase

Aura stores only the minimum server-side information needed to authenticate users, protect monetization, and prevent abuse.

  • Firebase Authentication user ID
  • Energy balance
  • Premium entitlement flag
  • Free-scan usage flag
  • Minimal anti-fraud audit metadata related to purchases or rewards

3. AI processing

To produce palm readings, Aura sends the palm image and prompt context through a protected backend proxy and then to OpenRouter and the selected model provider. The app does not embed the provider secret in the client.

The request content is used only to generate the requested reading. Aura does not use palm images or private readings to train public models.

4. Your choices

You can clear local palm data at any time from Aura Settings or by uninstalling the app. If you signed in with Google, you can also delete your server-side Aura account from Settings or through the public account deletion page linked below.

Local data deletion removes content from the current device. Server account deletion removes Firebase identity, entitlements, and related audit metadata.

Delete your account

Use the public deletion flow if you need an outside-the-app method for Google Play or if you no longer have the app installed.
